Got a lovely email today after registering my interest for working at the Conference again this year as a volunteer (conference associate) -
We'd like to "promote" you to an Associate Head this
year as Susan was so pleased with how you did last year. Do you remember
Carl - we've asked him to be a Head Associate too so the two of you will
be overseeing the others.
